Reinventing myself

Hello my people!

This is the latest version of the necklace I will be teaching this week at the headquarters of Jewelry Television in Knoxville, TN during the Jewel School Summer Workshops.
I kept the same design lines but I had to update some of the components to bring to my students the latest Swarovski Elements crystal jade pearls and the intriguing beauty of those sea green ceramic beads.

Components highlighted are :

* Large Czech glass donuts, hematite toggle and leaf crimp ends by John Bead - hello, Toronnnno!
* Wrappers™, white bumpers™, 49 strands beading wire and kidney ear wires by Beadalon and Artistic Wire®.

If you signed to my class expect to have a great time making this beauty above.
See you soon!

Men Jewelry expertise

The July issue of UK arts and crafts and fashion magazine Make Jewellery features a nice spread on  men jewelry through the eyes of a few designers. The spread highlights tips from jewelry experts on how to design for guys. Tips are focused on media, techniques, fashion and wearability.
The spread opens with few tips under my signature style and you can check that out below. The whole issue is great and you must have your own.

The cover above shows a nice color palette and a quite impressive necklace that screams summer glam.

Above is the page with my tips when you're designing for guys. Few of my samples and a seriously handsome daddy ginger type wearing sexy trendy bracelets. Next time, I want to make sure he's

My "Love" bracelet featured on Bead Style

Hello, my friends!

I've got two good news to share with you, my lovely, fabulous and vitaminado reader.
I am featured on another issue of Bead Style magazine. The July issue (hitting the stands on June 5th)  features a bracelet and twisted and exclusive version of my unique design form my book "Modern Expressions".
I am excited about having some of my unusual designs getting lots of exposure.
Thanks to Bead Style again. This is awesome!

The latest cover is multilayerd and multicolored...a vey nice color pallete.

Above is a design freated by me for John Bead Corporation featuring components from different lines carried by the company that's been in business since 1954. All metallic beads and bails are made by Tierra Cast, dazzling ruby color crystal wide briolettes by Swarovski Elements and "love" charm and snake chain form their sterling silver collection. This bracelet is very easy to make it so you can make your own version and color combination anytime...anywhere.

The necklace above is my "Spatial spheres" designed originally for "Modern Expressions". A more seductive color palette, a change towards the back and Montana blue modular and purple vevet helix beads from the Swarovski Elements assortment.
According to my friend Christianefrom JTV this necklace  "...It's very atomic age..."

Luuuuuuuuv it!
